Non receipt of refund of fixed deposit amount and intt on maturity

Dear Sir,

I have deposited Rs.20000 in the said company and the same was due for payment on 9.5.2001 as per payment schedule fixed by the Company Law Board, but till date the company hasnot paid back the deposit amount along with due interest. The details are as under:
