Non payment of Investment amount on maturity

I have Invested Rs. 8000/- by application No. 122649 dt. 20/04/1996 in Llyods finance Ltd. vide Cheque No. 402279 drawn on Canara Bank, Asansol Branch. My Deposit Receipt No. is 0339658 dt. 26/04/1996. I have not yet received any amount despite repeated complaints and correspondance even after maturity date. I am a retired perosn and in urgent need of money for my childs education fees. So, I request you to do the needful.
