i am student.i have applied for education loan at jhinjhak branch, kanpur,
(dehat), up .the authorities thier are demanding a bribe of 5% on my loan (of approx. RS.600000).they are not going to pass my loan if i do not give this amount to them.if you check this mail kindly help me.
