Telephone is not working last one month

Dear sir,

i am living in barwani {m.p} and my local telephone is not working last one month, i complain so many time in exchange office and i also give written complain also but right now no response, all staff member are not working well.now what we can do.plz help me.one compalin on 28.01.2009 i give and written complain on 03.02.2009.my telephone no is 07290-222374 on name of ASGAR ALI BAIG.
