I would like to file a complaint against MoneyGram Intl Ltd of Minnesota (USA), who are
Conducting their business against the business ethics. These people (MoneyGram Intl) are
Ripping off innocent peoples money in collaboration with their agents around the world….
And I’m one of their most recent victim. Let me explain you how I become their victim ….
I’m a permanent resident of Auckland (New Zealand) was traveling into Karachi-Pakistan
On 22nd of May. Therefore, I sent some money (NZ$ 10, 000) on 20th of May
Through Their (MoneyGram) service. The funds were supposed to be delivered to
Karachi (Pakistan) Only BUT according to MoneyGram people funds were delivered to
another city in Pakistan called ‘Gujranwala ‘ and to someone else (not to me). Now when
I went down to a local Bank To Collect my money on 23rd of May I was told that the
funds has been delivered on 21st May to a totally different destination.
Now MoneyGram Intl is not willing to refund my money though they know that its their
Responsibility to deliver the customer’s money to the right destination and to the right person.
They also know that I was NOT even in Pakistan until the May 22nd so how the funds
Can be delivered to me. Now, MoneyGram is avoiding me because the burden of responsibility
Goes on to the MoneyGram.
Therefore, I shall be highly thankful to you if you kindly look into this matter and instruct
These people (MoneyGram) to refrain from illegitimate activities in collaboration with their
Agents, because I’m a law abiding resident of New Zealand who works real hard to earn his
Money and I can not afford to lose my hard earned money!!!
