PF withdrawal not received yet

I have submitted my PF form to KR Puram, Bangalore office on 1st of Apr. Since that it was almost more than 4 months are completed but I haven't received any amount till now form PF dept.

Kindly request you to let me know the procedure to get my PF amount back.
