Payment of FPF not received

Sir,

My PF account no. is UP/17556/190. I have received a Cheque for Rs.30, 000/- PF amount from the Regional PF office, civil line, Barraily, UP. However, I have not received the balance amount of FPF.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest so that I receive the abovesaid amount.
