Subject - A -Not refund the money Rs Rs 52, 182 {Fifty two thousand one hundred and eighty two Only}
I Lokesh Jain, Address- C-106, Shakti Nagar Extenstion, Delhi-110052, booked a trip for Far East –Tour name-Wonders of the East - 12 Days, and the departure date is on 21 April and I deposit and finalize all the documents and money to SOTC Office in Delhi branch-Mr. Anuj Mahta & Madam Neha Malhotra is handling this tour at Delhi Janpath branch, but at that time in Bangkok there will a emergency declare, then SOTC transfer the tour in Oriental Magic - 8 Days, and madam Neha Malhotra committed that she will gives the difference of Rs 52, 182 Is given with in one week. but she will gives me only Rs.46, 516, Check No-028049, Bank – DEUTSCHE BANK, on Dated -29-04, And the difference of Rs 5, 666 {Five thousand six hundred and sixty six only}is pending and again Madam Neha taken a second step and makes a check of Rs 5378, Check no-028130, Bank-DEUTSCHE BANK dated on 05-05, which is truly wrong in difference wise and as well as in favor of APEX Travels, which is at very first time I asked that all the difference is given me in favors of Swati Jain, Again I go to SOTC Office on dated 19-05 and return the wrong check and at that time again she asked that she will arrange the full payment check with in one week, but when I call again on 25 May asked that give me one week more for that process………….So, how much time I will wait, because I am waiting for last one month.
So At Last I wanted to know to concerned department that kind of services is done by SOTC Or Sotc Company is not able to pay the very large amount of Rs 5, 666 Or Sotc believes that not to do costumer satisfaction so that no one going again by SOTC Group. I am very Socked when I saw the sotc staff {delhi Janpath Branch} Both Mr. Anuj Mehta and Madam Neha Malhotra doing such a wrong commitments again and again.
Subject B- Miss Behavior in Singapore by Sotc
In Singapore when I checkout the Rasa Sentosa resort, the Cab driver drives very rash and again and again abused me, at that time I call to Singapore police and complaint it And Sotc not show the germs gallery in Singapore ……Because in Singapore sotc not provide me a tour manager.
Subject C- SOTC not gives me the lunch on 02 May
When I am in Rasa Sentosa 02 may sotc not provide me the lunch ……………..but madam Neha Malhotra commits me by mail that you have provide a lunch on dated 02 may I have an proof by mail.
ALL OVER SHOWS THAT SOTC NOT WANTS OR GIVES THE COMPLETE SATISFACTION TO HIS COSTUMER.
I REQUESTED TO CONCERNED DEPARTMENT TO PLEASE MAKE A CHECK OF RS Rs 5, 666 {Five thousand six hundred and sixty six only}IN FAVOUR OF SWATI JAIN, AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST BOTH MR .ANUJ MEHTA & MADAM NEHA MALOHTRA TO NOT DONE IN FUTURE again.
