Loomis Mobile Draw- prize

I received a sms on my mobile and further corresponded with the Loomis Finance Company at UK

regarding claiming of prize money GBP 1000, 000.00. I have sent all the details which they asked for

and complied their request, except a security charges of 329 pds equvalent to Rs.24108/- .

i had requested them to adjust the same in the prize money or credit my bank account with the

prize money in INR and that i shall immediately pay the security charges. to which they are not agreeing.

How to go about it.
