I have bought a nokia 6030 on 3rd Nov'07.Now the battery is not working properly and it has swelled in the middle portion and got a queer shape. I went to the nearest nokia care centre yesterday, but they just denied to replace it. Since it is within the warranty period and I have never tampered the battery, I think nokia should replace the battery.
