I have purchased a pair of Lotto sports shoes fro Releince Footprint Queens Road, Jaipur six months before,

after 4-5 months they have broken joint between sole and upper. i have surprised that both of shoes are broken from the same point.

i have complaint to the Relience Footprint but they say that warranty of product is only 3 months., on my request they give me the number of lotto customer care. what can i do that my shoes can be replaced
