Delay in delivery of LPG gas

I had booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dated 16.03.2011 consumer no. N20718 but till today on dt. 28.03. I have not received the cylinder yet from the distributor of M/s. Neelam Enterprises, Sanjay Colony, Faridabad, Haryana.

Please advice.
