Misbehaviour at a Gas Agency

Respected Sir,

Most humbly and repectfully I would like to state that I want to file a complaint about my harrasment on 1st Nov.. Today at 01:13 PM, I visited the GOLDEN GAS AGENCY, SHOP NO. 233, PALAM VYAPAR KENDRA, GURGAON to enquire about a Gas Connection for which I applied in the month of September.

One of the Staff, a Sardar, who claimed that he was the owner of the Agency, asked us to not enter the premises in a very rubbish way, stating it is Lunch Hour. We accordingly waited for the clock to show the time of 2:00 PM in our clocks and till then stayed away from the agency.

At 2:00 PM, I entered the Agency and straight away went to the clerk for enquiring about the connection. Meanwhile, he was informing us the procedure, the Sardar came out of nowhere and started abusing me stating he has a team of persons to handle us. Before I could understand anything, one guy came out of nowhere and started manhandling me. I remained calm and asked him not to indulge in this kinds of activities. Still, the guy continued provocating us. We were then left with no other option than to left the place ASAP.

We request you to take necessary action against the abovesaid agency and these types of persons should be deprived of consumer services.

An early action is solicited.
