NOT PROPER RESPONSE -TILL NOW I NOT GET CYLINDER

I was contact to varun gas agency number of times, kanpur by telephone about LPG-GAS cylinder booking for residential cooking perpourse. My consumer no.-40592, NAME-B.RAMACHANDRAN, Sir, till now I not getting cylinder. They are saying your gas service is temperarly disconnected and submit the related document of address proff. Sir, already submit the full document in BHARAT GAS Why they are asking to me related documents. Sir they are only agencies but dealing very worst.
