Poor Home Delivery System

I am a consumer of PS Gas, Hatigaon, Guwahati and my Consumer No. is 1605. I booked a cylinder on 02 September. But till 12 October I am not getting the home delivery of the same. They are distributing refilled cylinder whose booking is later than me i.e., 05 September and as a genuine customer I am facing problem. Kindly give a solution for getting timely home delivery.
