Mal pratice in distributing

Dear sir,

I do have a connection with the gas agency named AMBIKA AGENCY, 252, BHARATIAR ROAD, P.N.PALAYAM, COIMBATORE-641037 . I booked last 14 th and the bil was generated by 20 th of this month but still i couldn get the supply. But people who doesnt even have a gas connection are getting supply withot any struggle. Inspite of repeated complaints i dint get any remedy for this. So i kindly request you to take necessary action on this complaint
