Dear Sir,

We have our LPG gas connection from Cherukara gas agency Alappuzha and our consumer number is 158.

We have booked LPG cylinder on December 3rd and booking number is 1760. We were told 3 weeks time to deliver the cylinder at the time of booking. We didn't get the new cylinder with in this period and when called the agency (last called on 29th Dec) to enquire about this, they told our cylinder is already dispatched from the agency. When we told that we have not got the cylinder yet, they asked us to give a written complaint. They were more eager to put the phone down than help the consumer to solve the problem. I am sure they delivered the cylinder to some one else by taking extra money and they just need some time to deliver us new cylinder. In any case, I will be giving the written complaint for this. But I don't think they are going to act on it.
