Lack marketing and irregular supply

Dear sir

i am the customer having my connection no. 891 registered with m/s angad enterprises adarsh nagar delhi-110033 for supplying me l p g gas.

sir i am sorry to say that the above said supplier is not doing his job honestly as he doesn't supply the cylinders to the customer in time while the delivery men may be seen selling cylinders to many commercial consumers.some are the irregularities are as under:-

1. he doesn't book the cylinder before 21 days from the delivery of first cylinder. have u been directed the distributers for this?

2. the deliverymen doesn't have the weingh scale

3.some time he denies the booking and the customer is compelled to re-book because the no. of booking he gives he says fake no. u have. and a long spell of time is being spent without gas.

4. the tele. no. displayed on the board is either no reply or replied as a wrong no.

i have complained also previously but no action has been taken and no information was given to me.

i hope this time u will take proper action and also inform me for the same
