Dely in Gas Delivery

I am a H.P L.P.G customer with consumer no. 602403.I have booked for refil cylinder on 16.04.08 and the H.Pagency at Ettumanoor Kottayam district Kerala state have allotted 1604 as booking no. Till date they have not delivered the same. Whenever contacted over phone, they have the stock reply that tomorrow the gas will be delivered. The nonchalance of the agency creates much difficulties for me as Ihave a single cylinder connection.

I earnestlly request you to take urgent steps to curb the wanton ways of the agency and to see to it that refil gas is is delivered to the customer in time.
