We are having a LPG gas cylinder connection in my sister name (my mom was not feeling well that time so my sisiter went and took conection in her name), now she got married and transfer to other place, her name was taken from out from our family card.. so we planned to transfer our cylinder in my mom name..but we are not getting proper response, as we made a enquiry behalf of that name transfer in that agency they are telling there is no process of name transfer in LPG cylinder, they are telling us to take new connection by paying rs - and no refund will be given for the old one also.we are having only one cylinder, if we book a cylinder they are supplying only after 20 days...
