My consumer no is AI 4016 at Anoushka Indane, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. i booked for gas cylinder on 31st july.i was told that i would get it in 2-3 days. i gave the instruction on phone only while booking to deliver the cylinder after5 pm. when i reached home at 5 pm on 4th aug, i found a note saying i was not home. i called up the agency and got the confirmation that it would be sent next day. today is 12th aug and still there is no cylinder.
