Lpg gas cylinder
Non delivery of Gas Cylinde

I have booked a gas cylinder vide my Gas Connection No.8615 on 16.09.2009 on telephone No.25611260 but till time refilled gas cylinder not received from the gas agency i.e. (SRI LAXMI SERVICES, A-20, RASHID MARKET, DELHI-110051). I have making so many telephone calls to my above gas agency but, all in vain. After 16 days of gas cylinder booking, refilled gas cylinder not sent by gas agency. WHY?

Sir, I again request you to issue necessary strict instruction to above gas agency to send my refilled gas cylinder immediately.

An early action in this matter is highly obliged.
