I, SANGEETA, R/o, 17/3, KRISHNA NAGAR, DELHI-51, BOOKED A CYLINDER ON 16.09. VIDE GAS CONNECTION NO.8615. ON TELEPHONE NO. 25611260. ON 24.09.2009 I PERSONALLY VISITED TO MY GAS AGENCY SRI LAXMI SERVICES, A-20, RASHID MARKET, DELHI-51 & REQUEST THE STAFF OF THE ABOVE GAS AGENCY WHY THE RIFFLED CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED & THEY HAVE ASSURED ME TO DELIVERED THE RIFFLED GAS CYLINDER WITH IN ONE OR TWO DAYS POSITIVELY. AFTER 24.09.2009 I HAVE MADE SO MANY CALLS TO GAS AGENCY TELEPHONE NUMBER, BUT THE STAFF OF AGENCY NOT PICKED THE TELEPHONE & COMPUTERISED MESSAGE RUNNING AUTOMATICALLY,

SIR, PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER PERSONALLY AND STRICT WARNING / INSTRUCTION ISSUED TO ABOVE GAS AGENCY TO SENT MY RIFFLED GAS CYLINDER IMMEDIATELY.

AN EARLY ACTION IN THIS MATTER IS HIGHLY OBLIGED.
