Priyanka gas service at 604-605 Hamilton Road, Kashmere Gate is our authorised BharatGas supplier for cooking Gas. It is very difficult to get in touch with them for bookings. If at all one is able to do so, they take a month to supply that to after reminders!! I have to go down to their shop personally to book. I always see their phoned off the hook. I went to their shop and talked to their owner Prateek Singh. He assures me everytime, but there is no change. Is this fair on the consumers!?
Their supply boys demand a premium money to give cylinders. We have been informed that they give gas to Hotels and restaurants at double the cost, as a result of which we are deprived of our turn. Getting Gas has become a nightmare. Is it not an essential commodity!?? We have to threaten them to get a cylinder-
Why are such people given agencies and why are they so fearless!?
I demand an explanation and their licence cancelled.
My consumer # is 509 in the name of SunderLal.
Also they have cancelled my second #12077 in the name of my son Rahul Agarwal!! without any reason or information to us.
Pls I expect a quick response and a look into this serious matter.
