I have booked lpg gas cylinder on 4.11.08 at chintamani super market puthur, Tiruchirappalli 620017. They informed me over phone that bill for this has been raised on 11.11.08.But till now i have not received the gas. My consumer no. 15172. When i phoned them they say that to day delivery will be made. When contacted the delivery boy on 19.11.08, he told that he got the bill to day and delivery will be made to day (19.11.08). nothing happened. Again when I contacted the shop, on 20.11.08 they say that to day we gave the bill and you will get the gas to day.
pl look into this.
