I received a registered letter showing the sanction of LPG cylinder for me. I reached there with all the required documents. They told me to sign and finally they asked me to pay some amount near about rs 4500.

I asked about the details. He told me that I have to purchase a cooking range from them. This scheme is with cooking range also. The scheme without cooking range is finish now. When the scheme implement again he will let me know. So he told me to go now and wait for the call from them for the next scheme time. I read the letter but I did not see any such details of scheme. I strongly believe that there is no such scheme. Please let me know about the scheme. Please advise me what to do.
