I have been having gas connection in my name with the following dealer:

I was supplied gas cylinder on 25/11 which was found leaking. I made a complaint to the dealer but no one came to attend the compalint in spite of my several reminders over phone. I even complained to their trolley service when they came to our street. No one came to attend to complaint inspite of the seriouness of leakiage from cylinder, I lodged a personal compalint to the agency office and their boy came to attend the compalint after so much perusal. He said that the leakage is due to faulty warshal and he changed the warshal. When the turn came for this cylinder after the other cylinder became empty, I tried to connect this cylinder with the gas stove. It could not be connected with the regulator due to the reasons not known to me. I again lodged the compalint and their person again changed the rubber warshall. When I again tried to change the cylinder, it could not be connected with the regular. Then I lodged another compalint with the dealer. Their boy came to attend the complaint and told that the pin of the cylinder was damaged. Thereby cylinder have become almost 60% empty due to this problem. The dealer told over the telephone that the cylinder will be changed only after payment of the full price of the cylinder. Why should I bear the price for the dealy in rectifying the error at the early stage by the dealer. Please also note that:
1. The cylinder is not weighed by the boys at the time of delivery. They should carry the weighing machine. You may inspect and verify this at your own.
2. Such type of compalints arise when the gas theft cases are found by the dealer. It is a regular practice that the open cylinders are given to the customers without weighing at the customer residence.
3. The vouchers are not delivered to the consumers after due certifcate from the dealer/ delivery boy.
4.CBRO guidelines of the Indian Oil are not followed by the dealer. No checks are carried out by the dealer at the residence of consumer.
So I request you to verify the facts of this compalint at your end and get the cylinder supplied to me replaced immediately without any cost. Please initiate the strickest action against the dealer so that it can be lesson for the other erroring people.
