I am not sure how effective will be to make a complaint in this page. But I am having some expectaion from you. This complain is related to irregualr supply of gas cylinder of Indane gas dealer, Katwa, West Bengal. We fail to receive a gas even after 45 days of our booking. My posting is away from my native place (Katwa) and my parents (both are senior citizen) used to stay at Katwa. Unfortunately, some times they need to use the kerosene stove also for cooking - such is the poor service of this gas station. I would request you kindly to intitiate some action. I also request you to please guide me where to make a formal complaint regarding this to get some fruitful results. I am planing to lodge formal complain to SDO, BDO, DM and local police station and also to higher authority of Indian Oils Corporation. Please send me some contact no for IOC officials who may take action against this kind of harassment.
