I have domestic gas connection in Kishan Ganj, Delhi with Zaildar Gas Agency, Chowk No. 45, Kishan Ganj Market, Delhi – 7, Phone No.23691251 & 23691252. My consumer No. is 4401. I have booked a gas on 05.01. on 07.01.2009 I came to know that the refill already delivered & also showed me bogus delivery challan which was actually not supplied to the concerned. But I have not received any refill cylinder till now today i.e. 13.01.2009 upto 01.30 p.m. I found that the agency is malpractice the refills, Now I have no refill cylinder in house. Now they have confirmed only after 21 days i can get the next cylander.
You are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action please.
