Earlier I was posted at Azamgarh, U.P and later on trasferred to Varanasi. I was having gas connection No.4738231 with Azamgarh Gas Agency, Matbarganj, Azamgarh-153838 (State Office-Allahabad AO).
At the time of request for transfer of LPG Indane Gas connection to Varanasi, U.P. they have given me Termination Voucher with Satttionary No.815 and Doc No.21538380000082 on 01.11.2008.
Recently on 30.10.2009 when I approached Shri Indane Gas Service, B-30/2-A-2, Ganga Bagh Colony, Lanka, Varanasi, U.P.with required money Rs.1795.00 (as they demanded at the place of transfer voucher of Rs. 1000.00) with my ID proof and address proof, hey dinied immediate transfer and did not gave me a connection and also told me that there is no online information of Azangarh Gas Agency on website of IOCL therefore we are unable to get information
regarding your transfer voucher.
Kindly help me immediately and instruct Shri Indane Gas service to give me connection at the earliest please.
