Sir, I had complained to the Indane, Area Manager, Chennai, that the LPG retailer is giving lot of problems and not suplying gas on the 10th december, and reminers thereon and third reminder asking him to give me an appointment so that I can meet him in person and explain. Since there was no response, I lodged a complaint through this portal about 10 days back enclosing the copy of my letter. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN, OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE COMPLAINT.
I wonder what the Concerned officers at the other end are doing.
The only remedy is for me to APPROCH THE CONSUMER COURT THRO MY LAWYER. I am undergoing lot of problems due to non supply of LPG gas to my house.
