Lpg indane domestic gas refilled cylinder

My service No. 1686 of Varsha Gas Service (indane) they allow booking for refill only after 21 days from the date of last del. and takes further 14-15 days for delivery of refilled cylinder and making receipt back dated once made entry on pass book. malpractice is going on. they do not bother about it and when I contacted higher authority of lpg customer care -Ahmedabad from 17.03.2008 to 29.03.2008 i.e. del. date of refilled cylinder after 22.02.2008. if such practice continues then, yearly I will get refilled cylinders ONLY 10 Nos. I give below complete detailed telecom with higher authority of lpg customer care taken place as stated above.

I DRAW YOUR KIND ATTENTION TO FOLLOWING TELEOM HAD WITH HIGHER AUTHORITY OF IOC –AHMEDABAD REG. LATE DELIVERY OF LPG REFILLED CYLINDER FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR – VARSHA GAS SERVICE AS DETAILED BELOW.

REPORT ANY CUSTOMER CAN BOOK AFTER DELIVERY BUT DELIVERY WILL TAKE PLACE AFTER 21 DAYS, ACCORDINGLY, I BOOKED ON 23.02.2008 AND RECEIPT MADE BY VARSHA ON THE SAME DAY AND DELIVERED ON 05.03. BUT IT IS TAKEN BACK BY SIGNED ON ENTRY BOOK AND FOR SAFE SIDE, I GOT DELIVERY MAN’S SIGN. ON A CHIT PREPARED BY VASANT IN ENGLISH ON 05.3.08.

3) AS PER PRESS REPORT (DIVYA BASKER) BOOKING WILL TAKE PLACE AFTER 21 DAYS FROM THE DT. OF LAST DELIVERY (22.02.08). ACCORDINGLY, I HAVE BOOKED FOR REFILL ON 14.03.2008 (LAST DEL. ON 22.02.08) BUT TILL 26.03.08 – NO DELIVERY TAKEN PLACE:

4) I CONTACTED MR. R.K. GUPTA – IOC – ASHRAM ROAD (TEL. NO. 2754 4897 / 2754 0348) ON 17.03.08 & 26.03.08. HE IS NOT CONNECTED WITH CUSTOMER CARE. HOWEVER, AS A COURTESY, HE HAS GIVEN FOLLOWING CONTACT NOS. OF CONCERNED OFFICERS OF CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE:

I CONTACTED MR. FAGHRE OVER PHONE ON 17.03.08 REG. NON.DELIVERY OF REFILL BOOKED ON 14.03.08, HE TOLD THAT HE WOULD CONTACT VARSHA GAS AND REVERT BACK TO ME.

THEREAFTER I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT OVER PHONE AND RING IS GOING ON BUT NOBODY LIFT THE PHONE. SOME TIMES I GOT TONE OF TEL. ENGANGED FROM 17.03.08 TO 26.03.08.

ON 26.03.08 AT 3.45 PM FROM AMGEEN I CONTACTED MAJOR NAGHI, HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD ENQUIRE VARSHA GAS REG. LATEST DATE OF COMPUTERISED RECEIPT MADE ON 26.03.08 AND ALSO DIRECTED ME TO CONTACT MR. R.C. FAGHRE, I TRIED BUT NOBODY LIFTED THE PHONE.

THEN I CONTACTED BY MY CELL TO CELL OF MAJOR NAGHI AT 6.35 PM ON 26.03.08 – HE OBTAINED MY SERVICE NO. 1686 AND ASSURED THAT HE WOULD CONTACT VARSHA…. ON 27.03.08 AT 9.30 AM AND GIVE ME REPLY BECAUSE OFFICE HOURS OF IOC IS 9.30 AM TO 5.30 PM.

ON 27.03.08 AT 2 PM I CONTACTED ABOVE SAID MR. PARMAR – SR. MNGR ON HIS CELL NO., HE ASSURED THAT I WOULD GET REFILLED CYL. ON 28.03.08, THEN AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFILLED CYL. UP TO 5 PM ON 28TH INSTANT, I AGAIN CONTACTED MR. PARMAR, BUT HE TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE FURTHER 2 DAYS DUE TO SHORTAGE IN PRODUCTION IN IOC PLANTS. HOWEVER, HE TOLD ME THAT AS HE WILL BE ON LEAVE ON SATURDAY I.E. ON 29.03.08, HE WILL DO SOME OTHER ARRANGEMENT TO DELIVER ME REFILLED CYL. ON SATURDAY I.E. ON 29.03.08.

IN THIS CONNECTION I CONTACTED YOUR AHMEDABAD EX.REPORTER MR. NIRNAYA KAPOOR ON 27.03. HE GAVE ME CELL NO. 98253 10145 OF MR. MEHULBHAI –YOUR PRESENT AHMEDABAD REPORTER, I CONTACTED HIM BY MY CELL NO. 99241 75729 AT 8.20 PM ON 27.03.08 AND HE ASSURED TO MAKE COVERAGE OF THIS NEWS IN A 2 DAYS.
