I booked an LPG refill on the 26th of Feb registration no. being 860. I am still awaiting the delivery despite daily reminders over telephone/mobile. I am forced to purchase the same from external sources for double the amount. It is extremely disappointing because this is a commodity that is needed for basic survival. Also, I am a senior citizen & am complled to go personally for the booking because their phones are perpetually busy or defective.
I request Gauri Enterprises to be humane & efficient in doing what is expected of them by their customers
