Transfer of Provident fund from Lucent Technology:

I have worked in Lucent Technologies India Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore, from 26-July-1999 to 31-Dec. There I have provident fund account no: DL-16075-532, at New-Delhi branch office. In year July’ I joined Honeywell technologies solution, where I have pf account number KN/19877/1636. For last six years I have been trying continuously for transfer of pf amount, but all the attempts are unsuccessful.

Please help me out to resolve the issue.
