Dear Sir/Madam

I am trying sinice last 10 days on your phone nos shown on itctc website, but after hold message recd. all operator are busy pl. try after some time.

Some amount is pending since last 15 days for credit but still not credited.

1- Rs. 315.00 ticket cancelled BTH to NDLS - 01.04-08

2- Rs. 1296.00 ticket not made due to coommunication error

3- Amount against trns no. 0043047444

4- Amount ticker calcelled against LKO to JAT ticket 02.05.08

Please look into the matter and do the needful
