I have my Luminous Gold A/C no 31130925868 in your bank from 12/04/10 with fund approx 11 lakh. At the time of opening the account manager Mr Chaubey and their team (Manjeet, Nita and Rakesh) had stated to provide full co-operation by giving direct number of dealing room where I can book the gold, but soon after that they were not even attending the phone calls and every time operator responded by saying they were all busy. They are purposely harassing the customer. Customer who is ready to buy gold on outright basis and not on loan more than 1 kg of gold every day. I intended to provide huge business to your reputed bank but because of this bad experience I am inclined to give second thought to my decision. I want the reason for this kind of their behaviour otherwise your bank's image could be ruined if such issue is raised in media.
