Luminous Battery is Fake Stopped Working

Hello,

I had purchased Luminous 1500 VA sine wave inverter with Luminous 1600 battery, with lot of claims about its long lasting power and a warranty of 18 months.

But I would like to tell that battery stopped working just after 20 months when it just crossed warranty period and now Luminous is not agree to replace battery although it has a 24 months warranty from date of manufaturing.

All are fake promises made by these companies and when it comes to fulfill these claims they just refuse to assist.

I would like to tell all Luminous people that its not fare practice and you should care about your customer some times.

Please replace battery immediately.
