Really frustrated with your kind of service and engineer you have.
Recently I have purchased on 9th August Five (5) - 800 VA inverter of your company i.e. LUMNINOUS from eBL International C-337, Sector -10 Noida (UP).
In two inverter I was having issue I call your customer care i.e 011-45500700 on 13th August @ 11:10 am given my issue n for the same I got the complain number i.e DL-720104 he said within 24 hrs the complain would be attended & resolve.
Yesterday i.e 14th August I got a call from your Engineer Named Mr. Neeraj Sharma Ph Number (9971465833) at 2:50 Pm that I would be coming to your house at 6:00 pm to resolve the issue I said okay.
When he did not turn up I called local Inverter person from near by to check whether battery, wiring or inverter are okay or not. When they check thoroughly they said every thing is okay except the inverter as they have some issue in charging and MCB is not working in the proper manner. I called straight to the person who called me in the after noon that to Mr. Neeraj Sharma, when I said the issue he said he would be coming to attend the complain I said fine also said if possible change my inverter as its 1 week old only he said it can’t be done when I asked why he said there are lot of formalities and it will take 15 take to get the replaced one. When I said okay you come now and see the things he said will come in 1 hr. when he did not turn up I called again to him & said I am waiting for you he said will come surely. I have waited for him till 11:45 Pm also tried to called that time but his phone was switch off.
I would like to tell you your service is the worst which I have seen till now with any company as your engineer commits and never comes also he has miss behave and said what ever you want to do it. You can complain against me I am Neeraj Sharma… just see the attitude of the person you are having. Your company really sucks and eats the money of our. If you can’t give the service then why you say it will address in 24 hr time???
I really will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT OF YOUR COMPANY TO ANY ONE IN MY LIFE ALSO NOW I WANT TO REPLACE MY BAD INVERTOR ASAP OR IF YOU CAN’T RETURN MY MONEY SO THAT I MAY BUY WHO HAVE BETTER SEVICE FROM YOU.
