These are the chronological events regarding the servicing of Transcend T-630. The case was logged on Aug 10th Till date I have not received the defective material. I am requesting you kindly intervene and instruct the concerned to get back the serviced item.

My option is Give me the correct invoice in Indian Rupees including Service charges with spares remittance method or A Buy back scheme.

I have sent an request for repair or buy back scheme

Implemented but failed

Sent the defective product on 18.08.09 by professional courier docket no: 278543

Sent mail request for invoice in Indian currency and for method of payment.

I approved the for total service charge payment but never received method of payment or bank details
