Dear Mr. Jhunjhunwala,
I am a resident of Govindpuri, New Delhi. My father almost purchases daily ration from your 6-Ten outlet in Govindpuri. I got to accompany him 1 day to the store during morning time at about 8 AM.
You will be shocked to know that a stink prevailed throughout the store that it was difficult for us to breathe in. I felt like vomiting on the spot. The smell was of some rotten vegetables I suppose. Also the floor are not clean at all. It is difficult to walk inside the store also.
When I gave this feedback to the cashier girls at the counter, they simply smiled and agreed that smell was coming. I was surprised to find no FEEDBACK BOOK at the counter. The moment was really disgusting.
I happened to go there yesterday also. The same stink still prevailed. Really pathetic how your company manages the outlets. What is your management doing in this regard. Is it sleeping???
The stock present in the same store is quite often very old. Maggi noodles are of May/June months also, that too the packets of which are eaten by rats. Is this what are you offering the customers. Are you serving good quality edibles or Poisons. What would you like to comment sir???
Most of the time, the store boys are seen chatting. Are you very serious in doing this business??? The necessary household items are not even available.
Regards,
An annoyed 6-Ten custome
