I am based at Pune. residing at plot Flat no C-14, Avadhoot complex, SNo32, Ambegaon BK, PUNE 411046. Our LPG gas Dealer is Rajaram Gas Agency- Dhankawadi. Pune 411043. Vrey often I am experiencing delay in delivery of gas cylinder from this dealer. After the order is booked it takes @ 8 days minimum for delivery. This time I have booked on January 13 waiting no 4788 Till yesterday there is no delivery. The dealer last four days is promising me to deliver the cylinder. MY CONSUMER NO IS 29903.Yesterday I went to dealer office and I took a cylinder personaly. That means I got the cylinder after 42 days when I took personaly. If I cannot took personaly then dont know howmuch time they would take. He has done lot of arguement with me. Why this has happened? System itself has a lot of problems. Dealer treating very rough language to people. If I try to book a cylinder even on after 14 days of previous delivery, the dealer refuses to book my order saying that the order booking before 21days of previous delivery is not allowed by Bharat gas company.
