PF not received to till date

Dear Sir,

I had worked with Luxur International Pvt. Ltd., Noida (UP). I resigned from the job on September and had submitted all the necessary documents about resignation and provident fund.

After that I got one copy of letter from “Employees’ Provident Fund Organization, Regional Office, Kolkata”.

Now I received a receipt from PF office dated 20/2 that my claim has been submitted, from that time I tried to call PF office Kalkata to know my claim status but every time its engaged and going ring but not pick-up the phone
