BROADBAND USAGE

Dear Sir,

We would to bring to your kind attention that we have a Telephone No.0124--2381753 in the name of Luxury India Holidays Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon.

Kindly note, we are using the connection since March, we received average Bill between Rs.950 to Rs.2, 000 and we paid regularly without any delay.

Kindly also note, we are shocked when we received a bill for Rs.16, 422.00 (Sixteen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Two) for the M/o January.

We are regulary touch with BSNL Office, South City, Gurgaon, they told this is using of BROADBAND SERVICES but please note sir in this Month, we use AIR-TEL Connection instead of BSNL as It was not working properly due to building construction and it was always disconnected, we are very sorry to say they neither give and satisfactory reply nor any attention to check the details, we are also facing a lot of problem due to this over charged bill amount...

You are kindly requested check the above from your end and rectify the bill which enable us to paid the bill...
