Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have applied for a new gas connection in M/S Madhu Gas Agency (Shop No 102-103, 1st Flr, Verdhman Appenzell Plaza, PH-3, Kondli, Delhi – 110096) before two months. I got a letter from Madhu Gas agency that my connection is approved (Booking No. 452) and I have to visit to the gas agency, I have visited to Madhu Gas Agency and they have taken a sign on a slip to visiting at my home for enquiry of gas connection and somebody gone to my home and reported that I have already gas connect but I don't have any gas connection that is I have already clarify on previous application, I am using a cylinder of my relative because I have a 3 months baby that why I was facing a problem to milk feeding to her 5 time in single day.
I have visited more than ten times to Madhu Gas Agency and I told them my problem but they are not releasing my connection. I am attaching a copy of letter
