An envelope with Rakhi was sent to Gandhinagar (Guj) on 31st but it was undelivered till 23.59 hrs of Rakhi day i.s.by midnight of 5th aug 09 eventhough "Rakhi" was marked on the top of the envelope.
This is lack of service, breach of trust and emotional hurt.
