Dear Sir,
I have worked under Mafoi Management Consultant Ltd for the period from 26.12.2005 to 25.12.2006. My employee No was 67780 and my P.F Account No – TN/35791-45539. I have submitted forms for withdrawl may time in the office of MaFoi Mangement Consultant Ltd. SCO-72, First Floor, Sec – 20-C, Tribune road, Chandigarh - 160019. But form has been returned with some quaries three times. Now I have submitted form with all formalities on 16/12. But till date there is no response or any communication from MaFoi. No mail response has also been given by MaFoi.
Kindly look into matter.
