P.F. withdrawl problem

Hi,

I worked with under payroll of Mafoi for Dalmia Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd. from Dec. till Sep.. During the service never Mafoi had given a single pay slip by which I can know my Employeement No. or PF A/c No. but got the salery deposited in ICICI salery a/c. After leaving the organization, I have discussed so many times with Mafoi for giveng me my PF money by following the process and I had given them the form duly filled but after 4 years there is no solution and I have not received my pf money.

I do send the mail to Mafoi even now regarding the problem but there is no reply I get...

I don't know how can I get my pf money from mafoi or what the corrective action should I take against Mafoi?

I have the appointment letter and Extention letter of my service given to me by Mafoi but the Emp. No. and PF no. is not mentioned in that.

What should I do???
