Delay in reciept of Passport

Dear Sir,

My earlier passport was expired and I had applied for new passport on 27/05 through GPO Dewas. My reference no. is W165785.Recently I have come to know about the objection on my application form on your internet site that Wife’s name not entered in earlier passport.

Sir, It was happened during issue of additional fresh booklet no. E 3475810 from your office on 15 /01/03. My First passport no. A-7730465 issued on 26/04/99 having my wife’s name but due to mistake, it was not included in the fresh issued booklet.

I request you to kindly consider the above human error and clear the objection.

Kindly help me to get the passport as the earliest as it already delayed a lot.
