Not getting my Provind fund money

Dear Sir,

My name is Rajib Raj Konwar, My PF no. is WB/4051/222.I left my job on 4 April. I submitted my PF Form on 5 July. My Company is telling me that they had submitted my form in Provident fund office on 7 Nov & submit Receipt No:2828888/2828889 but till now I didn’t got my money.

Please try to solve my problem.
