Issue with Shri Dhan Laxmi Kavach Pendant / payment slip

Hi,

I had purchased this Laxmi yantra feb and payment at same time. I have issue with 1 Shri Dhan Laxmi Kavach Pendant (lamination was broken and showing black stainless steel color), also not found payment slip to till date. I had called more them 50 time to number 01166036603, 07316457000 but not getting proper response and no word for payment slip.

Please help me
